Sounds like you need a CRB check if you google this you will find who and where to contact

Why do you need a police check by the UK police?  Are you coming over here to work?  If you're coming over for a job, your new employer should be organising it

Yeah, it sound like you need a CRB (dont know why you would need one..security guards etc. in the UK need this to qualify for the job)

It is a Criminal Records Bureau check - if you were in the UK you would go to your local poice station - there is a small fee.

Dont know how you would get one out in Pakistan though..
