Ofcourse you need a working visa. Wherever country you wanna go as long as you want to work you will need a working visa or police will catch and deport you and cannot come back again the country.

Yes when you are from the Philippines.. You are stuck... You need to get a visa to visit almost all country whether you like it or not.

Yes you do. In the Philippines, you can probably coordinate with a POEA Accredited Placement Agency so you can process your visa to work in Macau.
