I have a 93 Buick sitting in my drive way I don't drive it but start it up every once in a while. I forgot about that stupid lock when you start the car. Any way its not running but the keys are left in the cars initiation. I'm to lazy to find the other set of keys any ideas.

  1. get a locksmith. it'll cost you like $75 i think.

  2. you could get a locksmith to come and unlock it for you. or you could always resort to breaking into your own car!

  3. You mean ignition??

    You could:

    Call a locksmith

Try to unlock it yourself using a wire hanger

    Bust out a window

Get up off your butt and go find the keys

Go to bed and worry about it tomorrow

  4. wow,how did you manage to do that?

any ways i think you should call someone

    to get the keys out.

or just break  the window and get the keys

and then get the window fixed later.

well that's the best i can come up with

hoped that i helped some what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. well if someone sees the keys in the car and they wanna steal it, all they hafta do is break the window. my opinion is to cover the car and call a locksmith, use a coat hanger to unlock the door, or search all night for the other keys

  6. Well, you have 2 choices...1st choice is hire a locksmith to open the door.  This cost $$$$

your 2nd choice is to get off your butt and look for your second set of keys!

  7. Get a wedge of wood and put in the upper edge of the window or edge of the door to get it open a little. Then straighten out a wire coat hanger and put a hook bend in the end. You should be able to either pull out the keys or open the door handle in the door.

  8. use a slim Jim that's what they called it back in the day, most police have one in there car, maybe they can help it is a thin strip of flexible metal with a notch cut out of it,they work great no damage too glass,

  9. Use a wire hanger and unlock it yourself. Mind you, with some cars it doesn't work on the driver's window, so if that's the case for you, try the passenger's side. I once locked my keys into my car while I was on break (worked at an auto shop) and it only worked on the passenger's side. If it doesn't work, get a car cover, and call a locksmith, or AAA if you have it. If you leave your car uncovered with the keys visible from the outside, it's tempting for anyone to steal it.
