I locked myself out of my account cause i couldn't rememeber my password how do i get back in? exactly?

Assume that you are talking about your Yahoo account?  If so, e-mail their customer service department, chat on line, what ever, (help, chat on line) tell them that you are locked out and need to have your password reset.  They can do it for you online.  Be cautioned that they might not be able to do it for you if you are not the owner or the primary on the account.

There's usually a link "Forgot your password" from there you have several options: you can email it to your secondary account, or you can answer the question that you set for yourself as a test awhile back, to reset the password.

then all you have to do is give your email address, and they'll email it to you:)

Well if you forget your password there is usually a button that says "forgot password"

Click on that. and if it is something like myspace they will send you your password to your email address. If you forgot your email adress then you will ahve to answer security questions you made when you created the account.
