  1. woah...its very unlikely that a foreigner will try to find a job in the Philippines(very low wage..especially for blue collars)...we go to other countries to find high paying jobs...not the other way around...you be disappointed  :( i'm very sorry...i don't think no one would hire a foreigner for that job specification. :(
