  1. Go to citizens Advice.

    Good Luck

  2. i would'nt want to b in your shoes mate, but have you tried lenders who accept CCj's and low credit score's.

some credit card companies also lend money, but i cant really help as i dont know if ur employed, or bankrupt, or ...

if you have valuables u can sell them.

ask family and friends if possible

  3. I'd say as a first port of call talk to the Citizens Advice Bureau (see below). But sounds to me like you're living beyond your means and its time to downsize

  4. Either move and get a cheaper house, or sell everything you own until you make up the money. Sell things on ebay.  Sell things at garage sales. Do extra jobs like dog walking or babysitting or mow lawns. Don't buy as much food. Buy cheaper things. Not brand name. Stop buying new clothes or dvds or anything. Walk places that are close instead of driving and using gas.

You should have never gotten into this mess in the first place. But if you don't want to lose your house you are going to have to work hard.

  5. i am really sorry you are in this position, first if you have not already go and have a word with the mortgage or bank and if that is not any good, you say you have already sold all that you can sell, so that is  out , have you considered selling your house to those people that buy houses and then you could get somewhere cheep to rent, i know it means you starting all over again, but it might be best  as i know that if you have a buyer for the house and you  can then inform the mortgage or bank you have a buyer, that is better than lossing the hause and you ending up still haveing to pay them money on top as they will sell it for what ever they can get for it, i know as i have been there myself and not too long ago, if you what some help i would be more than happy to help you if you want, my email address is on my profile

  6. if u work?? work overtime

  7. if this the first time you have been to court over the arrears go to the court and speak to the judge if you can come up with a payment plan then you may not loose the house please visit the CAB they will give you the relevant forms to fill in

    good luck

  8. You must go and discuss your problems with the bank or mortgage lender. Try to work out a plan with them to stop the foreclosure action. I am sure the lender will be able to restructure your mortgage and work a way out for you. You must be sincere and stick to your commitment after that.

  9. Personal loan, sell a car if you have one.

  10. family are always good
