  1. That is so not healthy.  Your loss of weight was way to fast.  I don't think that your bicycling had anything to do with it.  I would suggest you visit your doctor as soon as possible.


  2. certainly not.  two pounds a week maximum is healthy.  thirty five pounds would imply a lot of water loss, and more than likely muscle loss as well.

  3. i lost 40 in  a month on low carb diets its goosd if you over weight more than 40 pounds on the biggest loseer they lose like 28 pounds a week all depends if you dint work out before

    If you are intentionally dieting to try to lose that amount of weight, you're probably becoming seriously dehydrated and risking serious muscle and/or organ damage.

    If you're not dieting, this could be a sign of a very serious illness (e.g., cancer).

    GET THEE HENCE TO A DOCTOR!

  8. not healthy but unless you are way over weight and are eating very well and lots of exercise if you are exercising eat extra protein so you body has something to take off and a little to keep for itself  

  9. No, it absolutely is not. You've lost too much weight too fast, and you're body will have trouble handling it and adjusting. You also might be deficient in certain nutrients.

    Weight loss is achieved when you burn more calories than you consume... so if you eat less and sit around, you won't lose weight.

    You need a combination of healthy diet and reasonable exercise to stay in shape.

    And there's no such thing as "permanently" You can always gain weight back by tilting the equation the other way. If you want to keep weight off, you need to keep eating healthy and exercising.

    If you don't feel well, see a doctor. If you do feel well, just switch to a regular regimen. And don't get dehydrated.

    35lbs in 3 weeks would probably only be healthy if you are REALLY fat, like if you weighed 400lbs, but you wouldnt be able to ride a bike if you were that fat.
