I lost a nail, Will I grow a new nail?

I lost my middle fingers nail. It is completely gone.

Will i grow a new nail?

I'm no expert, but when my cousin's toe nail fell off (some kid at a party stepped on it really hard), it grew back.

Yeah It will  grow back. I lost a nail before, it took a while but it grew back. It is a little crooked though.

of course it will. Unless of course you have a protein deficiency or something. But just as hair does it will grow back.
