I lost my Busch gardens pass?

My friend lost her year pass for Busch Gardens and we don't know if we can just get another one at the gate, if anyone knows what to do, PLEASE tell me. It is for the Busch Gardens in Tampa, the African one.

You can get a new pass, just contact Busch gardens,  season pass sales counter take along your ID and inform  them about your lost pass. They'll verify it in the computer, and will issue you another one. I guess you'll have to pay around $10 for a new card.
