I lost my USB cord and i need to know where i can get another 1?

i have a blue insignia sport mp3 player 2gb,and i lost my usb cord.its black w/ a little thing where ur supposed 2 put the thing in the mp3 player.can u tell me where i cna buy another 1?

Best Buy, Circuit City and Radio Shack. Just bring your mp3 player over and ask them for the right port that goes with it.

Im sure if you bring your mp3 player into any Radio Shack or Best Buy or Walmart and ask an employee, that they will help you find the right one you need for it.

You should be able to get one at the computer store, if not they will tell you where to get one.

But you will need to take the camera to the store in order for them to be able to tell you what type of socket you need this for.

They probably come in different sizes you know.

You can get a USB cord anywhere.

Universal Serial Bus cords are exactly that Universal.  They are all exactly the same on the inside, but there is one problem.  There are several different connections for USB.  The colors don't mean anything.  It is getting the cord with the correct plugs that is the key.

To be sure you get the cord with the correctly sized plugs, go to Best Buy, Circuit City, Fry, or any place like that for good personal customer service.  Bring your MP3 player with your, and the employee will be able to help you find the USB cable with the two correct connections.
