  1. Im sorry but you are screwed. Try calling the US embassy where ever it is that you are they have one.

I know you could print a paper that say you are a American citizen i did it you have to in the computer and check passport and then it will tell you to print a paper i did it and left the USA to go out of seas is free of charge is a web site about passport look it up and print the paper and give it to who ever you need to give it too good luck i did it
