I lost my baggage on the british airway while travelling to SaoPaola, how Can I contact them through my e-mail

I contacted the agent in the airport, they gave me a claim form and then i weny to join a seismic vessel to wich I work. I tried to contact the company several time by phone but really they do not answer :- (

that is why I am trying to find a way to contact them through the e-mail.

I have all the documents required but ........

  2. If yours baggages really cares you should contact them personal or by phone instead of emails. Go to your local British Airway office or call them and ask for the name of one representative than could help you. Keep your ticket confirmation number with you and become a bug in the neck to them. Good luck!

  3. You should have reported this right there and then and got a written report for your insurers.  Try phoning the BA lost property office - phone any airport or call the operator for the number, then you can ask them for their email.

  4. This isn't something you probably want to handle by email.  Call the local BA office at the airport where you landed.  Why didn't you contact them when your luggage wasn't at the baggage claim?
