I lost my birth certigicate and Im going to the United States by car from Canada today, I have a photocopy?

I was wondering if with the new law they would let me in with a photocopy of my birth certificate my license, medicare card and social insurance number

On the website it says that there is a transition period of 12 months where they will let it go

I was wondering if anyone knows anything? thanks

US stopped allowing people w/o passports to leave (unless thats another law they're unsure of-gotta love flip flopping US)... not sure about regulations to come in though.

The only copy that would be allowed is a certified copy issued by a government.  A photocopy isn't going to get it done.
