Wait until spring.

If you know right where you lost them, get a metal detector.

Otherwise you'll be looking for them in spring.

If it was on a regularly groomed slope, the snow-cat might churn them up. That could go either way. They might surface, or, more likely, they'll get more buried.

FYI: I take only two keys to the mountain...car key and house key. I keep them in an inside pocket or on a neck lanyard.

If you know about where you lost them, and can wait until spring,  the keys will melt a dimple in the snow so they can be located.

If you don't know in a general area, the metal detector is your only resort.  This must be done before the grass grows.

   I'm still looking for a ski pole I lost in the middle of the run on a powder day, in 1970.  I sure loved that pair.  Jim.

The metal detector is your only chance.  Most mountains have rocky bases and even come spring its going to be tough to find your keys.  If you know a local that skis the mountain every day you could ask them to ski that area during the melt!  As the levels dwindle at some point your keys are going to show.  

but as far as finding them quickly you are out of luck.
