  1. Try going to the DMV in New Jersey and getting your license in the state you live in.

  2. you can do a lot on dmv.org but depending on where you live you may or may not need to go to the dmv closest to you.

  3. If you live in New Jersey, you should have turned in your Hawaii license for a NJ one anyway.  So you don't replace it, you get a NJ one.  Why are you going to court?

  4. if you plan to stay in new jersey you may need to go to new jersey  register and get a new license in that state

  5. That Is easy Contract The DMV Hawaii. Howevery you may have trouble getting a new licence. If you have been out of the state of Hawaii for more than 30. And If you don"t have a Hawaii address. If you are in the Army Service It does not apply.

You can go to the DMV in NJ and they Can contract the State of Hawaii about your lost driver licence. And get a slip that show you have a licence. But you will not get this done by court timee.

You can contract the court and try to get your court date reset. If they had your licence number the Police department could run it for you. It cost a few bucks.

  6. If you live in New Jersey, you should  have a New Jersey driver licence.  Go apply for one.  Declare your Hawaii licence as lost, and the DMV will verify your licence with Hawaii, assuming you have appropriate other id, cancel it, then issue you a New Jersey licence.

As far as court goes, you have left it too close to get a replacement, anyway, but, first thing Monday morning you can likely phone the DMV in Hawaii, and get a confirmation of licence faxed to you, likely for a fee.

  7. You would have to go back to Hawaii. or get a NJ drivers license. I don't think you can get it replaced on the internet.

Either way, getting it by Monday is unrealistic.
