I lost my illinois diving permit. What do I do?

Just lost it a couple days ago. What should I do? Or if I go back to the Sec. of State what do I do?

probably go to the DMV i'm sure they will give you one for a fee.

If you mean you physically lost it, as in you do not know where it is, simply go toi the same place you got it from poriginally and get a replacement.

If you misplaced it, you shold go to the DMV and ask for a new one.  There might be a charge of $5 or so to get a new one.  If it expired, you will have to go to the DMV and retake the permit test to get a new one.
