you have to apply for duplicate. you have approched to the follwoing centres. uti pan service centre or nsdl pan service centre or bajaj capital pan service centre with old pan no, address proof, id proof and fee rs 67/-

file an FIR with the local police station about the lost Pan card and apply for a duplicate one.

You should apply for new pan card with the same pan no.. for this you must contact with nsdl-tin-service provider .

Apply for duplicate based on your PAN.

No you don't need to apply for new one. just call the PAN CARD customer care and let him know about your lost of card.
