I lost my passport 2 yrs ago and have no details about it. A recruiter took it. What will I do?

girlie lopez, a recruiter, took it fo my job application in dubai. jan. 2005, i can't locate her new address anymore. what should i do?

And what have you been doing with no passport for the last two years?  Nevertheless, simply apply at the nearest Embassy/Consulate of the Philippines and provide a sworn statement to that effect.  They may request a police report, so keep that in mind.

Execute an affidavit of loss wherein the passport was taken by your recruiter who could no longer be located so that you can apply for a new passport.
