  1. This is America.  All you need is $25 and a Blockbuster card.  They'll give a license to anyone.


  2. I am in Ohio.. so how this is anywhere else I don't know.

    Here we have to have a birth certificate and a social security card,  since the social security cards usually take about a month to get you can go to your local SS office and ask for a temp. card but I think that paper is only good for the day they issue it to you so go straight to BMV

  3. This depends entirely on what state your in.  In California your only required to enter the number on the application.  You do not need to bring the card with you.  

    (Your mileage may vary in Arizona, Maine, Uganda, etc.)

  4. I think you need your birth certificate. Check your local state gov site on lic requirements.

  5. yes. anyone can go and give someone a #. you need proof.
