I lost my summons in NYC for a open container violation...what now?

None of the numbers I have called can connect me to a person, it is all computers. I called 311 and they couldn't help me. It's a 25 dollar charge that I need to mail within 10 days. I have the slip to fill out all of my information but I do not have the pink ticket or summon number. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Just go to city hall or even a Police Department they should be able to help you.

VISIT the court clerks office.  The clerk can find your citation.

A PINK SUMMONS REQUIRES YOU TO APPEAR BEFORE A JUDGE. GO TO THE COURTHOUSE IN THE BOROUGH THAT YOU GOT THE TICKET. THERE IS A SECTION THAT ONLY HANDLES SUMMONS GIVE THEM YOUR NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH AND WHEN YOU GOT THE SUMMONS. THEY WILL PULL UP THE SUMMONS AND YOU WILL HAVE TO SEE THE JUDGE DO NOT SAY ANYTHING UNTIL THE JUDGE LOOKS AT THE SUMMONS AND ASKS YOU IF YOU WOULD WANT TO PLEAD GUILTY AS MOST OF THESE SUMMONS HAVE MISTAKES AND COULD BE DISMISSED OUTRIGHT BY THE JUDGE. IF YOU CAN PAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU A SLIP TO TAKE TO THE CASHIER IF NOT JUST REQUEST TIME TO PAY
