I lost my virginity last night and bled heaps, and still am?

It doesn't hurt when i go to the toilet but it hurts when i wipe. I just wanna know why it bled so much and why it still is? When will it stop?

You broke your hymen. And the blood is probably from that. If it contiues in a day or two, and it's not your period, you may want to get checked by a doctor.

The pain is from your first time of having s*x. If I was your mom, I would say it only gets worse each time you do it. :-)   But it does actually not hurt as much if you continue to have sexual relations, depending if the guy knows what he is doing.

Don't forget to use protection. You don't want to explain a baby at your age.

You should have only had spotting. Could this be your period? If not, see your doctor... you should not be bleeding that much or for that long.

Wear a pad for now (NOT a tampon).
