Report the matter the police.  Apply for duplicate card. Pay norminal fee.

hi, pls dont worry, at first lodge a fir to your nearest police station.and then very simple contact your ward member or councellor of your area or go to your NAC or MUNCIPALITY officer they tell you what is the procedure to get duplicate voter id ok.

Please go to your local police station an lodge an FIR for your missed Election ID Card, if you have a copy of that lost card produce at police station.

Carry the FIR to local Election Officer, (generally located at local SDM office), if you don't have copy of lost Election Card, tell them your address and polling station name, they would fetch your name and serial number, and you would be given a date for issuance of duplicate ID card easily.

Its a normal process, dont worry.
