I lost my voter registration number.What is the easiest way to recover that number online?

You don't need it nor will you be asked to provide it.  If you are registered, you will be listed under your name and address at any polling place.  Just bring a picture I.D. with you when you vote.  You wouldn't want to be able to recover that information on-line...it's much too sensitive to be out there in cyber space!
