What's the chip thing? I have the wireless guitar as well, and my friend broke her guitar the thing that you wobble when you hit a long note, and she just bought a whole new one, oh well, she's rich.

Why don't you go to the store you got it from, I got mine from Future Shop, and ask if they can fix it, maybe they have a warranty!
