  1. helpilosttwoofmydragknobs.com

    that website is always helpful

  2. Spare parts are always available on ebay.

If nothing else buy a cheap spinning reel for 20 bucks or so and then you dont have to worry about it just have 2 poles so you can transfer the line from your old reel.

Also you might be able to turn it with a screwdriver or a tool of some kind to set your drag.

Check out www.getfishing.net for all your fishing equipment needs

    Thanks

  3. You can always call or write to the factory for replacement parts.

  4. Try:

    http://www.fishingreelparts.com/

    or

    http://www.southwesternparts.com/

  5. find the repair address for the factory of each on line package them up and send them to them and they will call you with the estimate it is cheap by compare and they will tune and lube it and replace parts needed or replace the reel free most of the time. My experience is with Daiwa and Shimano though I am not sure about shakespeares policy but I swear I have had frozen locked expolded inners replaced free three times....

Let the experts do what they do and you just need to send them a piture of the big fish you caught with there reel is all
