I lost weight everywhere but my arms HELP!!!?

ok so i've been running everyday & lost weight in tummy, thighs & butt, but my arms just didn't shrink. Are there any workouts that can help me target the fat in my arms?

  1. You can't target fat from certain areas. Your body loses it from where it decides. Sorry.  


  2. You can't spot reduce. The only way to lose FAT is to eat in a deficit, less calories than your body needs. Refer to these sites:

    You can lose fat then add muscle to have a more cut look.

  4. er...do u run on your arms? of course running's not gonna lose the fat on your arms.  get weights or something
