  1. Cycle, or go on a treadmill.

When your ill you shouldnt really exercise

  2. No!

    Don't run anymore!

I was the same as you and i ran more and i got glandular fever, then you can't run for like 3 months, maybe more.

Let your body rest, run when your better.

  3. Rug up and walk for the same distance or for as long as you can considering your health. Just don't over-do it.

p.s. 118 isn't bad don't get too skinny you have to have some fat on you to get the right curves. :-)

  4. Ideally once you are 115, you are at a great weight for your height.

Never run with you are sick!!

When you run, you breathe in a lot harder and most of the time through our mouths.

We get colds/flus from things entering orally..

So being outside and inhaling the air at a fast rate will not be good at all.

    Just wait it out.

When you are sick, your appetite is surpressed and your metabolism goes up so you will probably lose some weight!

I have lost 5-10lbs for being sick for a few weeks. It was horrible I hardly ate =[

  5. Wait until your better, then continue running

  6. if you are sick you need to rest so you can regain the energy you are losing from being sick.  Maybe after a couple days you can start running again just don't push it until your body is ready.

  7. yes, but take it easy. running will help boost your immune system. drinks lots of water and take your vitamins.

i would prefer light bycycle rides though.

  8. Well since you're since you probably won't be eating a lot anyways so don't worry about gaining weight. Usually when I get sick I lose weight but just make sure that when you get better you start running again and don't be like "oh well I was sick so I can take another day's rest" because that leads to the road of failure.
