I love Spanish. What country and city should I travel to?

Ideally, I want it to be:

-visually attractive

-not crowded with tons of tourists. I wouldn't be coming for the art/history, I'd rather just be a part of the culture.

-not super poor (nice hotels to choose from)

-somewhere I'd get to practice my Spanish a lot.

What country and city in that country should I travel to?

puerto rico or argentina. something different than mexico

Spain... Barcelona or Madrid (but not during summer - high tourist season) Also... smaller cities in Spain would be great for you to emmerse yourself in the culture.. maybe Sevilla or Valencia. They are decent size cities but less touristy.
