I love cheese, but i need to stop eating it.?

im a vegetarian but want to go vegan please tell me something that I can think of when im about to eat cheese so I dont. i already dont drink milk...and dont eat eggs

they have like soy chesse but trust me that stuff is nasty it has this weird texture that melts in your mouth

Yeah, I understand. It's pretty hard to give up cheese.

The first thing I did was research, I looked at what had to be done to animals to make cheese. I also did some research on the negative health effects of it. Once you understand stuff like this, it becomes a little easier.

Another thing that helps is to try to find someone that's vegan that you can talk to. If you go to school, there might be someone there that you can find. (If you have a facebook, type "vegan" into the search engine, and the first few people that pop up are in your network, so you will probably be able to contact them). It REALLY helps to have a friend you share something like that with. I really doubt I would still be vegan if I didn't have so many vegan friends.

Lastly, try some vegan cheese. The first couple of times (or the first 10 times), it might seem really gross to you, or you might love it. After awhile though, you get used to it and really start liking it. Even if I went back to eating cheese, I think I would still crave soy cheese every once in a while. Try follow your heart vegan mozzarella, on some pizza.

just think of how sad you wuld feel if you had a child, just so you would produce milk, and it was taken away from you right away

but you dont have to stop eating cheese completly, there are vegan cheeses out there, they aren;t great , but they are ok on some things every once ion a while, and they are also kinda expensive

Vegans cant eat cheese???? Why not they dont kill the cows for milk?
