  1. ya chillies do lot of trouble prominen in south india Piles is one disease which they often face due to over eating of spice. this make ur life h**l u cant sit and ****.....

  2. No to chillies..... yes to being not asian.  Don't travel anywhere

  3. Yes my dear a lot of it very often can be one of the causes of stomach ulcer

  4. I don't see a reason how it would.

  5. You get piles for eating spicy food, its stings in your a**s, feel uncomfortable whenever you poo. If that came worse you need surgery to cut that skin hanging in your a**s.

  6. My dad's false teeth melted a few years ago as he constantly eats spicy hot food - honestly.  They started to curl up and he had to get new ones.  If spicy food does that to plastic, what must it do to your insides??  I love hot spicy food too though!

  7. Firstly, spicy food doesn't five you piles!

You get piles from heavy lifting jobs, chronic constipation, pregnancy, obesity, etc.

There is no long term risk of eating spicy food. Just think, don't you think all South Asians, who are fond of spicy food, would be full of Spice-related diseases (if you ever heard of it in the first place!)?

In fact, spicy food is actually good for you.

For one, it helps to clear your bowels more effectively, two, it serves as an anti-bacterial to your stomach because it kills germs inside it.

According to a news article, "The active chemical that burns your throat can help lower cholesterol, decrease your blood pressure and make breathing easier."

"Capsaicin, the compound in hot peppers that produces the heat, can boost metabolism, helping to burn fat faster. The spice raises your heart rate, so circulation improves. It also helps with pain relief, especially headaches - even excruciating migraine and cluster headaches."

So, go ahead and enjoy eating spicy food!

By the way, my fiance's dad eats a few raw red and green bird's eye chillis after every meal, and he's still fit, drinks carrot juice and goes jogging everyday!

We both (my fiance and I) love spicy food, but we think his dad is crazy!

Spicy food is a wonderful addition to your normal everyday diet.
