I love habachi but it is so expensive What do they use to season their food?

is it just soy sauce or is it teriyaki?

and they put sesame seeds and some kind of seasoned salt it looks like i was wondering if anybody can tell me what to use to make chicken and fried rice taste as good as theirs??

They usually use soy sauce, white wine vinegar, oil and/or butter......it's the combo of all or some of these that give it that taste you get at a habachi....
