blow dry your hair and then straighten it. brush it all back and and some mousse so it will hold. if you want you can tease your hair a little to get volume on top like kristen's.

That isn't a hairstyle, hun. That's a straight cut pulled back into a half pony tail- unglamorous. I say go with something exotic or fresh.
