I love Una's on Victoria St Darlinghurst (there's apparantly a new Una's at Double Bay too). I have been going there for years, back when the old Austrian lady was in the back kitchen cooking the schnitzel. Since then it has expanded and become very popular but the food is still great. I go the traditional vienna schnitzel most of the time, but the Paprika Schnitzel and Jaeger Schitzel are also good. All schnitzels served with salad and rosti (potato).

Una's gets very busy on Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights so you may to wait a while for a table. It is open all day though, so you can get a good schnitzel whenever you want!
