Oh jeez, this is a tough one. i have a lot of favorites, it is impossible to choose just one!

For casual, I love the comfort and wild pattern choices of Vans. For dressier times, I can't resist peep-toe wedges with kind of a retro girly look to them. For super dressy, I love strappy sandal style heels that are no higher than 3" for the heel. I love to dance and don't want to kill my feet or dance less just for a diva look.

For all of that, I wear flats most of the time. I love the ones with a round toe and a little flower or bow or buckle detail. I just realized what a ridiculous answer this is. It is obvious that I don't have much of a favorite and love ALL shoes. (I love flat heel scrunch suede boots, too!!)
