Well, when you say she is muslim and you are christian I assume you mean that is your backgrounds and you are influenced by this.  In the bible the Lord says we are not to be unevenly yoked.  It also gives direction that if a non-believer leaves a believer you do not go after them.

The Koran gives direction to destroying the non-believers.  

"Believers, take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends." (Surah 5:51)

3:28 Let not the Believers take for friends or helpers unbelievers rather than believers: If any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: Except by way of precaution, that ye may guard yourselves from them. But Allah cautions you (to remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah.

I think that would depend on the people involved. If you find your identity strongly tied to your religious views then you could see where any two people of differing belief backgrounds could see problems with the relationship. If you are only Muslim and Christian by culture and then it might take awhile adjusting to different practices, but it could work out.

As long as you understand your religion is inferior to hers and are willing to admit it you can get along fine. The good news is she doesn't care much for her religion or morality. 8~)

Muslim people hate Christian.  Do you see the war and fightings going on in the Middle East?  Muslims want to get rid of all Christians.  It is deep rooted in their religion. Coexistence to them is a joke. Try to change it if you could.
