try it with cheese and roast them over a flame on the top dont use a pan....cook it till it gets smaller or kind of black on both sides...there good with rice and beans on the side = ] !!

hmm, stuffed peppers with rice, do you mean (galubsie)- russian cusine.

im a chef, my restaurant serves them, theys really good. although the sauce isnt really tomato sauce (if were talking about the same thing).

I do but given the choice I'd opt for stuffed red peppers.

Yea I have this whole recipe I follow to stuff my peppers, ground beef, rice, cheese, and some other things.  

& Yes top with pasta sauce/tomato sauce..
