I love this hair style, but HELP!!!?

I saw this in a magazine and it told me how to do it, but it didn't work at all. I have wavy/frizzy hair, but I normally straighten it when I do a style like this, but it didn't work.

Well first of all that hairstyle is not something that you do everyday; it's more for special occasions.  Second, the only way you're going to have it look like that is if a stylist does it for you.  Braiding your own hair is freakin hard!  That magazine is just trying to sell, and apparently it worked lol

part your hair down the middle, seperate it into 4 sections ( 2 in the crown & 2 in the back ) and french braid the 2 crown sections & bobby pin them down when it gets to your ear, its really easy [:

What didn't work? You straightening it or the hair style? If the straightening didn't work try buying a frizz control product. You might also want to buy a conditioner that helps make your hair straight. The frizz control product should be in a spray type bottle. After you wash your hair spray the product all around it. Then blow-dry it on low heat. Brush it out while you blow dry it. Then try to straighten it. If the hairstyle didn't work try doing it a different way. If you follow most of the directions but change them a little bit until you find a good outcome. Keep experimenting with ways to do it and eventually something will look good. Hope I helped.

Usually if you have really clean or soft hair it won't work properly because the roots will just slip and slid because it's so healthy.

One or two day old hair will work better.
