  1. I have played social volleyball for about 20 years, in the evenings - and I like to have an early meal, so that my digestion completes it's cycle - before I play.  You shouldn't be playing sports when you are hungry - when you have no energy reserves to use up.  If you are not 'fit' then you will tire - but volleyball is such, that when you start - you can be unfit, and through lots of practice and playing - you can become fitter.

Also I've taken up cycling again (after a long time away from it) - and it is one way to build up your fitness.  I don't cycle long distances - I do cycle now, instead of walking.

To get good at any sport - you need to put in the practice, so as to improve.  I have started up with playing Table Tennis, after a long break away from it - and through a lot of practice, I am getting better at it.  After spending a lot of time playing volleyball --- I know that experience helps a lot, by you putting the hours into it.  I would recomend purchasing a cheap practice volleyball - which can be used outside on any hard surface - that you can practice against a wall somewhere - like throwing up the volleyball and practice your spiking, and later meet up with friends, who are volleyball players too - and just dig, set and spike at each other - you don't need a net.  This will build up your fitness and skills.  Going out for hill walks - will build up your fitness level --- any exercise or sport that gets your heart beating faster will help you get fitter.

  2. Eat more protein and drink more water.

  3. i think you can go running every morning, doing some excersises for the legs and when you are on training you just should give the best of yourself  and soon the results will be shown:) if you really want to palay  you will become better and soon your body will adapt

  4. work on your conditioning. Over time you'll be able to sustain your play for longer. If not, go see a doctor, maybe there's a medical condition that is causing you to be so tired.

  5. Okay well I knoe its hard 2 fit in and improve on your skills..but playing sports can be difficult but all it takes is practice and patience!! All you have to do is try going on jogs..10 minutes minimum..gather a few friends and listen 2 music while running try not 2 stop and pretty soon you'll get better!! Do this atleast a couple days a week and maybe some other exercises and continue doing them without stopping..and also try not 2 lay around very much cuz ur gonna get lazier that way and thatz something thatz gonna make it all worse!! Maybe try 2 be more active is all I can say!!!

  6. Badminton is really fun and is a little less tiring than volleyball.  It's the ultimate non-athletes' sport.  But it's still exercise. ;)

  7. work out
