I used to swim at least an hour a day 4-5 days a week and then stopped, don't know why. But since then I have gained a substantial amount of weight and I'm kind of nervous to start swimming again. I know it's going to be good for me and I know how to swim but I'm afraid of wearing myself out really fast and giving up because it wears me out to fast and I see no progress in my health & weight. How should I start swimming again? Please help me! I need to do this for my health!
