I love using the Ouija board. Don't you?

One thing I like to do is to summon as many evil spirits as possible. I usually begin the session by saying, "Belial! Belial! Belial!"

It's funny how the spirit never seems to be able to provide any concrete data not already known by one of the people who has fingers on the planchette. It's almost like we're the ones moving it.

No! No way, I do not like using the Ouija board.

As a teenager I once did, however came in contact w/something very evil.

Long, long story. However just wanted to post because feel it's my responsibility from personal experience that they can be in fact dangerous spiritually. Plus once you come into contact w/something diabolical in nature, it is VERY difficult to "get rid of" and can make your life a living nightmare.

Yes, of course it was accurate. And of course all those "questions for the future" came to pass.

But was it worth it? No,no,NOOOOO !!!

Anyway, had the story published last yr. in some book a guy wrote collecting "ghost stories".  Too long to write here.

Just wanted to say to be very careful. Nobody can tell you what to do, it's your free will and all. However if I were you I wouldn't use it anymore. All it takes is just 'one more time' and you just might open portal to something very very dark.

However, when we "played"--[actually it shouldn't even be sold in toy stores whatsoever]--for months we didn't contact anything at all. 3 months later we did. And 'something' ended up haunting the 4 of us for a long time.

NO! Both my mother and grandmother have used a quija board, and no I would NEVER do it from the stories they've told me about it. O.o;;

Plus, it's in the bible that you shouldn't do it. O_O;;

LOL!  You totally read my mind about the Ouija board (I guess that means you have ESP).  My favorite thing to do with Ouija board sessions was to start calling out for demons to join us in the middle of the session. The superstitious participants immediately freak out. I haven't had this pleasure in a long time though. I miss those days.

I sure do,I don't get a chance to use them much.That's why I appreciate all the Ouija questions here.I get a good laugh reading all the dire warnings and spooky tales.

When I used them myself I'd to play tricks on my silly friends.My sister was always an easy mark and still believes in them.Although she doesn't fall for the evil gateway to h**l thing

I bought a Ouija board and I could never get the d**n thing to work at all. Do they need batteries or something? I don't know...I brought it back to the store and told them I thought it was defective, but they checked it out and assured me it was fine. There has to be a trick to it. C'mon, tell me how you did it!

Hey Peter D I know you generally don't care about those who take occult devices seriously and I assume you're just kidding around (At least I'd hope you'd have better things to do with your time) but consider this:

Why would a demon want to show it self to you? In demonology, "diabolical" entities are often times viewed as predatory. They can feed of people's negative emotions.

Most "demons" do not show themselves because they know that if you are not aware of them, you cannot fight them, at least not easily.

Therefore you may very well be channeling through to some spirit world connecting to who knows what, that is simply not responding to you in the way you'd like.

Then if such entities do exist they probably get pretty tired of people trying to summon them to do tricks  and give people a show. They could go to the circus for that.

At any rate, being as rational minded as you sound I would hope you'd at least consider the possibility that "demons", or what have you may not be affecting you in a way you even realize.

That said what you could do is mess around with the ouija board like you say you do and not try to see if anything directly happens. But rather see if anything negative happens within the next few days or weeks. If you summon casper the friendly ghost today and tommarow your dog dies, you lose your job or something "bad" happens - you may have a demon in your life.

Of course it is a logical fallacy to assume that event X triggered event Y if X had nothing to do with Y. But none the less, if the nature of "demons" is to feed off the energy of humans, then a demon is not going to show up to your door, shake your hand and say "hey I'm a demon I'm here to eat your soul". No, its going to act on a subtle level. Manipulate you, control you, play you like a puppet until it gets what it wants. And it will TRY do it in a way that will keep you from realizing it is even there.
