  1. To begin with the correct thing is aishiteru, "ai" is Love. aishiru is "to love", aishiteru is a contraction of aishite iru, which literally means to be loving.  This is an informal way of saying "Watashi wa aishite imasu", literally "I love you"

  2. well Ai means love. ashiteru is i love you! there are no parts to it!

    and the its the same with saranghae!

  3. Aishiteru= Loving.

    Aishiteru is only the verb, there isn't "I" or "you" included.

    If you want to include the pronouns:

    "Watashi wa anata wo aishiteru."  That's too long, so they just say "aishiteru."

    To love= Ai suru

    Loving= Ai shite imasu--> iru

    Shite + iru - i= Shiteru + ai= Aishiteru.

    I'm not sure about Korean, though I am sure it is the same as Japanese, only the verb used and the pronouns are left off.

  4. Actually a few of these responses are incorrect regarding the Japanese portion.  Ai = love  Shiteru = doing  (it is from the verb shimasu)

    You could also say, for example, homework shimasu = doing homework
