I m, boy, 116 kg, i want to know how will i loose weight & reduce my waist line from 48 to 32 ?

  1. First thing stop sugar in any form and limit sweeteners also. Do some yoga / breathing exercises.

There's no sure fire way to guarantee you will drop your waist size from 48 to 32 - but the following suggestions will surely send you on your way.  I must warn you - it takes work - lots of work.  If you are not willing to put forth the effort - then you may as well forget it.  You must give up junk food.  Eat a balanced diet with plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables.  Eat only ONE helping of each item.   Slack off eating lots of potatoes, rice, pasta, cake, cookies, pie, brownies & bread.  Meat should be baked - boiled or broiled - never fried. Avoid Fast Food Restaurants.  Get up one hour early each day & briskly walk 30 minutes & do the same thing again in the evening.  Try doing push ups, sit ups, pull ups, jumping or skipping rope, skateboarding.  Walking from the sofa to the refrigerator & back does NOT count as exercise.  If you will try this every day for 90 days - just see what happens with your weight, appearance & attitude.  The more you work on it - the better and the closer you get to reaching your goal.  Good Luck.  

  3. Bottom line:  You will lose weight if your use more calories than you eat or just eat less than your body requires.  So start exercising and eating less.

    As for stretch marks, they fade over time but never completely disappear.  There is a new laser surgery called skin tightening that can get rid of them but it's probably expensive.

Robert Y has some good advice other than what he said make sure to not skip out on eating because you need to eat a fair amount to boost your metabolism as your body stores fat believing you are starving, so when you load up more good foods in your diet you change your metabolism to know you really are not starving which can help you start. Make sure if you start you stick to it it's a huge commitment i used to be a bit bigger as well now I'm around 220 but being 6'2 its a fair weight for me, stretch marks will fade and dont be too concerned about them as if you pay attention almost every guy has strech marks somewheres on their body since you grow so much so fast during puberty you get them you more or less forget about them alot of the time the thing I would be concerned with the most as you plan on losing a lot and i mean a lot of weight to reduce your waist that much would be some loose skin hanging around you really have to work hard on that, its mostly fat still hanging around that hasnt been gotten rid of its very hard to tone up there really isnt such a thing as loose skin so much as people get a desired result and figure they should just stop working out and all that all together leaving some fat deposits that have mostly broken down but not completely. um like robert said make the most of your time early mornings are when your body will use the most calories doing strenuous exercises but make sure to get lots of sleep as well. be sure to get fats in your diet as well since eliminating them all together would be very unhealthy, if you want treat yourself every so often maybe once a week or so but dont go overboard, very hard if youre drinking age and into drinking as ive found the last few years. and always remember that while youre doing this it isnt something that you just do you make subtle and huge changes in your lifestyle and it is not something you do for a short period of time you will have to keep up this lifestyle for as long as you plan on staying fit. one other piece of advise i used to work in a grocery store and if you go into one you will find lots of ways to be healthy just by litterally stalking the people who look fit or healthy and look what they will buy in their grocery carts and baskets as opposed to fat people or others who seem lacking in energy or anything along those lines youll quickly notice that the MAJORITY of the healthy looking people will have tons of produce and some grains and such while you may get discouraged by some who you watch who will only buy junk food that is mostly because they have good genes and probably play some sport where they get more than their required amounts of exercise since i was like that during highschool when i played alot of varsity sports, one thing you may not like and could be hard to do but as my last tip you will feel the urge to put a scale in your room or jump on it every morning in the bathroom dont do this as you wont notice if youre losing .2 or .4 lbs plus your weight can fluxtuate up to and over 10 lbs in the run of a day based on water consumption and food intake MAKE SURE YOU DRINK above and beyond the regular amounts of water you drink if you want extra help on metabolism drink ice cold water uses more calories to digest, back to the scale...only weigh yourself once or twice a week make some sort of schedule make sure you weigh yourself around the same times on the same days in the schedule mornings are best for accurate body weight because you sweat out a lot of water weight during the night same goes for when you measure your waist just once a week i would say if you go crazy weighing and measuring too often you wont notice a thing. good luck i need to get my butt back into gear as well after taking too much time off ive gotten pretty lazy lately
