  1. these all don't matter for your career. The most that matters is your height, blood pressure.

  2. Yes, you can be a commercial pilot with Asthma. I am. At worst you'll have to do some extra paperwork. Definitely get your medical certification done before you start training though, regardless.

You can find specific FAA medical requirements here:

    http://ecfr.gpoaccess.gov/cgi/t/text/tex...

You can find an aviation doctor here:

    http://www.faa.gov/pilots/amelocator/

You can learn more about being a pilot in general on the following websites:

    http://www.beapilot.com/

    http://www.faa.gov/pilots/become/

  3. As long as your asthma is debilitating and you don't take meds that would impair you physically, you should be fine. Most Airlines require a physical every 6 months to a year that you will have to pass. Usually consisting of vision, hearing and heart. Once you start flight training you will be required to get your first flight physical. FAA physicals are rated and the more complex you're job will be ie airline pilot the hire rated your medical will have to be ie 1st class. You can google a FAA medical physician and call his office to ask him more indept questions.
