cursive writing books man... you get them at your local stationery or bookshop... practice daily for around six months... you will see some change then... do not expect any miracles..

haha mine is worse than my 5th grade sister's. idk ive tried for years to make it better. do you just have bad handwriting or do you have some type of disability like disgraphia or dyspraxia? probably before you could figure out how to improve youd need to figure out why your handwriting sucks.  if your speed is slow that sounds like its resulting from a disability.  probably instead of doing cursive like other people sugested you should practice printing. make it into a game and see how quickly and accurately you can repilcate various letters and words.  get a printing handwriting book and use that.

Get a calligraphy instruction book and practice with the neat pen and fun lettering....it should help you develop control and teach you details of how to make your handwriting look really nice.
