I m Anil verma my neighbour is harrasing us and make trouble for us what should we do ?? help me please?

i m Anil verma from Gandhinagar ,Gujarat we have one neighbour and we have commen wall joint house ,, he is useing his house as godown ,, as storage of garments ,, and bcoz of that his whole house is infected by termites and bugs ,, but he is not taking care of his house ,, in Gandhinagar commercial activity is not allowing here then even he is useing his house as storage or godown ,, many times i warn him but he is not listiening me ,, and bcoz of his godown our house is also infected by bugs and all this things ,, so what should we do if we want to stop this commercial activity in which is running in his house i m living with my old mother please help me ,,
