I m PCnewbie,where can i learn IT?

Wow! That's a huge question, there are a lot of different areas of IT so you really need to think about particular issues that you want to understand.

Do you want to learn about:

Computers and office work?

Computers and the internet?

Computers and programming?

Something else altogether?

Most software today is very intuitive for users, but programming, whether Javascript and HTML for webpages or C and Java (not the same thing as Javascript) requires some studying.

You can take courses online at several colleges.  Also, there are "boot camps" where you can be forced into learning at an accelerated pace for a large sum of money.  I went to a community college (Cerritos) and learned at a slower pace to absorb more information.  Was pretty cheap to go.  Got my A+ and MCSE for under $1000 including books and tuition (was about 12 classes including fundamentals).
