I m a B.com graduate and now i am confused that which course or degree i should do either MBA or MCA?

I m a B>com graduate .right now i am confused that what i should do ahead . I have 2 optons first i can do MBA (Finance+Hr ) or i can go for MCA .What should i opt for as per the market demand .. Please suggest ?..

First of all, forget about the market.

It is your life not the market's. If you're into doing what you're passionate about, who knows the market might beckon you.

Make a list of your goals.

Understand your strengths & weaknesses.

If you opt for MCA, you're most likely to enter the IT world and explore.

If you opt for MBA, you might end up as some mgmt guru.

It's all upto you. You decide what your likenesses are, what your capabilities are and decide.

And whatever you wish for and work hard towards achieving, the whole world will conspire to shower its blessings!

At present there is no defference between the market values of both degrees provided they are done from some reputed college/university.

Market is good for everything... U need to decide youself what you want to be 5 years down the line..

Would you like to work technically, or would you like doing managerial work. Decide accordingly.

I would suggest you to go for MBA finance and the reason is the there is no end for the finance domain. If you do MCA then you have only choice to go for Software field which has a volatile market value and the unknown future. No one knows what would happen after 10 yrs.
