I m applying for hsmp dependant visa is it necessary to change husband's name and address in my passport?

Any sort of dependent/spousal visa require these documents, e.g. the Apostillised & valid marriage certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriages, name of the spouse in the passport of the applicant as well it should also be in the passport of the sponsoring spouse, and other documents such as prove of income, bank statement, tax return of the spouse sponsoring for such spousal immigration etc.

change husbands name. what do u mean. how can u change your husbands name unless u were divorced from your earlier husband and have now remmaried. i think what u actully mean is that is it neccessary to you have your husbands name in the passport. if this is right, yes u do need to have your husbands name on your passport. adress is not imprtant.
