No, if you are good with English. It will never be difficult to you, because every thing depends on accounts

You can do CA without any problem if you are good at English. Sufficient knowledge of English is required to study subjects like Law and Auditing.

I personally know a CA who comes from Gujarati Medium but completed CA in the first attempt and is a professor of accountancy now.

My advice to you is read the text books of theory subjects thoroughly and if you do not understand some points discuss it with your friends or colleagues. You can also take coaching for CA which most of the students do.
