how does this banaba extract help control blood sugar. will this extract help me to stop taking insulin shot can i completely stop taking insulin shot if i start taking banaba extract? urgent

i dont know banaba, but  i know that gudmar[gymnema sylvestre] works.also try jambul seed powder,chromium picolinate,aloe vera,dudhi juice,safed bhopala juice.learn about the best foods for diabetics.but nothing can replace exercise and cutting carbs from ur diet.

i guess you have the answer re the banana, however there is also a chinese herb that would help you there, but be wise and have your blood sugar levels monitored by your Dr.
